- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers
MOVXIO maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
6. Abuse of Process
Please be aware that submitting a false DMCA claim may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Only submit a takedown notice if you have a good faith belief that the content infringes your copyright.
7. Content We Host
MOVXIO hosts content that is either:
- Licensed from rights holders
- In the public domain
- Hosted with the express permission of the copyright owner
